He was super helpful with the repairs I needed to get done for the inspection. I met Chris Johnson on an initial visit to Lexington, Kentucky in April this year when contemplating an out of state (St. Louis County, MO) move to Lexington. We were going to rent first but could not find something satisfactory and decided late in the process, after our home was under contract, to buy instead.
