I'm not truly sure where to begin. We were refered to Jessica by a member of our church, and like most things that happened while we lived in Texas, it was a clearly the hand of God that put her in our path. Jessica was able to take complete control of a turbulent time, which is exactly what I needed. My son was in the NICU for 4.5 months following his extremely early birth, and on top of that the house we were renting decided to sell. Jessica showed us MANY rentals, trying to keep us near the hospital (again anticipating my needs without me having to say a word). We were unable to find something and ended up just buying the house we were renting. We lived there exactly 2 months after my son was released from the NICU before we accepted a new job in Salt Lake City. Unfortunately my son had to have a few surgeries after he was released and we then decided to rent out our house in Texas while we moved back to Utah. Jessica and her husband were instrumental in this process. She would drive out of her way to bring whatever paperwork I needed to sign so I could stay at the hospital with my baby, she was incredibly available to answer any questions and the system they have in place for property management is very easy to navigate. She handled EVERYTHING! We had our house with them for almost 3 years until we sold last year, where again, Jessica made sure that we as the owners were well represented from several states away. Even after the sale, where we no longer have a business relationship, she is still available to find things for me (information for taxes lost in time) and check in on our family.
