Chris did a great job throughout the entire sales cycle. The professional photos of our home were first class. His suggestions on small changes to stage our home properly worked very well. He correctly evaluated and priced our home based on current market situation, the neighborhood, and current condition of the home. His negotiation skills came into play multiple times because we had a buyer back out 1 week before closing. Most importantly he managed our expectations and kept us from jumping off any buildings during the difficult times. Overall, Chris did a fantastic job for us.
