Chris and Hunt Brothers Realty are great to work with. I can't say enough about Chris as a Realtor - he really takes care of you! We had a meeting with Chris a few weeks before we put the house on the market - he walked through the house and gave us some good feedback. Within a day of sending him photos of our property, he was doing "coming soon" marketing on the face book, so there were interested people waiting to see it first day it was listed. When a Buyer submitted an offer, Chris advised us on what he thought were reasonable negotiating points (which worked out). He also made sure that we were on time with making the small repairs that the Buyer requested. His office kept in touch frequently and made sure that we had everything lined up to close on time. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant!
