Chris is an outstanding Realtor. He helped us in November/December of 2017 (we closed mid December 2017) to find our house to buy in Kennesaw, GA. He also helped us back in 2015 to find a house to rent in Woodstock, GA, and we found one in just a couple weekends with his help. We stayed in contact with him after we signed the rental lease and he kept checking up on us if everything is going fine or if we need anything. He went above and beyond to help us find the right home and was always available for questions. He has a wealth of knowledge of houses and helped with pointing out things we didn't think about when considering a house. He always followed up with the listing agent, the sellers and our lender to make the process as smooth as possible. He is very persistent and thorough with getting answers for you from the seller and lender. He was an excellent negotiator and he made sure we got what we paid for in the house! He was always reachable by phone no matter what time/day of the week, and if he couldn't answer right then, he called us back every time. There were no delays or hiccups, everything went smoothly. I reached out to Chris a year before I put my house on the market. He kept in touch with me during that whole time. His knowledge of the local market was dead on. We went under contract in less than 1 month. Very nice guy to work with. Always responded to my texts and calls. My only criticism is that he seemed a bit eager for us to fix everything from the inspection report. We were hesitant to fix things since we had recently updated the house so we compromised and took a little off of the selling price.
