We couldn't recommend Chris and his team enough! When we first met Chris in March, we were very skeptical about our prospects of being able to buy a house. We went from skeptical in March - to homeowners in June! Chris was available, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough every step of the way. He's an absolute professional and I'd trust with just about anything.

Moving a family across the country can be overwhelming, scary and downright stressful, but it doesn’t have to be! Fortunately for us, we were referred to Chris Hightower for our home search! Relocating from Illinois, we knew very little about the Austin area and its housing market. Chris thoughtfully listened to our needs and guided us to the areas that best suited our family. He spent several full days showing us homes during our home-finding trip. As the housing market in Austin moves fast, when properties became available, but we were unable to make it down from Illinois, Chris visited the properties for us at times convenient so we could virtually tour the homes. Chris knew what to look for in each home, even when we didn’t! He identified and advised us concerning flaws in some of the homes, like cracked tile hidden under a rug, rotting exterior wood. Chris was even looking out for issues that could arise in the future, such as zoning on adjacent vacant property, possible roadway expansions, etc. Ultimately, we selected a new construction, inventory single-family house. Chris helped us navigate the contract process, worked with us to manage builder issues and strongly recommended we have a 3rd party inspection. The 3rd party inspector found several critical issues that we would not have identified ourselves. Chris worked with the builder, who eagerly corrected all the issues. Even after our closing, Chris continues to follow up and go to bat for us on any concerns we have. We happily recommend Chris for your home search or sale!!

Buying a house is one of the most stressful things ever. However, Chris was awesome throughout the entire process of finding the perfect home. Being the first house purchase my husband and I have ever made, he was super knowledgeable, honest and answered all our questions patiently.
