Chris has great knowledge what to look for in homes. He didn't know our area that we were looking in, but he quickly gained the insight for the housing market in our buying area. He was great to make sure we didn't overpay for a house in a hot market & yet make sure we were happy with the conditions of the sale to get the house we wanted.
