Chris has great knowledge what to look for in homes. He didn't know our area that we were looking in, but he quickly gained the insight for the housing market in our buying area. He was great to make sure we didn't overpay for a house in a hot market & yet make sure we were happy with the conditions of the sale to get the house we wanted. Chris was communicative every step of the way and he had a great team that supported us through the mortgage process. As first time home buyers, we couldn't imagine the process to have been any easier. Chris was recommended to us from acquaintances & we wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The first time we had worked with Chris, my wife and I had been landlords renting this property for a few years, but were hitting some hard financial times and thought it would be a good time to sell. We had asked Chris if he would be willing to list our property and put it up for sale for us. He said sure let me run some numbers and we can meet up to discuss. During this first meeting instead of talking us into selling the property he convinced us keeping it may be a better plan and gave us a path forward to make it happen. Flash forward 3 years and the value of the house had increased another $50k+ and we had told him the tenant had reached out and was looking to buy it and we were ready to sell. He graciously again ran comps from the neighborhood and laid out multiple scenarios for us again mentioning keeping it was still an option. We went through with the sale and he was there every step of the way answering every nervous question my wife or I had. We always thought he was being honest and never glossed over anything. He explained in advance the multiple scenarios that could unfold and how to be prepared for each one which we really appreciated. Even at the closing he was there answering question we had with relation to the title paper work which at that point was not his responsibility. I know at some point in the future we will move from our current residence and I will not hesitate to reach out to Chris to again ask for his services.

In a hyper-competitive market, I don't think we could have asked for a better realtor. Chris was insightful, always willing to go the extra mile, and, in general, a really awesome human. (Because let's face it, you spend a lot of time with your realtor in the house hunting process.) It was clear that his goal was first and foremost to help us find a house that we really loved, would continue to love for years to come, and would see healthy return on as an investment. His dedication really showed in the way he took time to learn about our unique situation and accommodate our needs. He was always there to play devil's advocate when there were warning signs we didn't see and lent so many valuable tidbits of knowledge along the way. we began the home buying process in late May, 2020 and closed on our home in November, 2020. The market in Colorado is crazy and many times multiple offers are made with people paying cash out 20k-50k over asking price. We did not have resources like those, and so it made the process even more difficult. Chris was willing to look in several different areas and made a point of being knowledgeable about the different areas. He was professional throughout the process and worked diligently with our lender to ensure that everything was completed on time. Even though it took us 6 months to find a home, and the housing market was frustrating at times, Chris remained patient and professional the entire time.
