In 2018, my husband and I purchased and built a new home through Darling. Chris did an outstanding job representing our best interests and guiding us through the new construction process. He attended all meetings with the builder and worked to ensure everything was going as planned. He negotiated additional design gallery credits and showed us areas where we should ask for more and where it made sense to upgrade. He was always available, attentive and responsive and made the process easy and fun. When my husbands parents relocated to the DFW area, Chris helped identify the perfect rental home for them, was available to take them to multiple properties, and helped negotiate and finalize the lease documents for them. Chris and Angela Hall are a great tag team when it comes to real estate transactions. I have never used a realtor in the past, but Chris is the most responsive and accommodating realtor (I have heard horror stories). We could contact him at any time and received a response.
