I have known Chris for several years now, both personally and professionally. He most recently as of this year (2026), assisted me and my siblings with the sale of our family home in Metairie. The home was on the market in the morning and it had a full-price offer that evening. You can’t get any better than that! However, we could not have been so lucky and had the success we had without the knowledge and professionalism of Chris. We engaged Chris early on in the process shortly after my mother passed. We were very much appreciative of his experience and suggestions in how to prepare for, stage and sell my parents home. Chris made the entire process easy for myself and my siblings. We relied upon his knowledge of the Metairie market and experience he has in selling family homes such as our parents home of 48 years. Chris was always sensitive to what my siblings and I wanted to accomplish in the sale. He was very patient with us in determining when was the right time to place the house on the market. In the end, we couldn’t have asked for anything more with Chris’ assistance. The home was sold to a very nice newly wed couple buying their first home. I know my parents would be proud of the way things turned out, knowing the family home was purchased by a very nice young couple that could start their own family in this lovely home.
