We were so pleased Chris Hager was our realtor helping us with the sale of our property. It is always more difficult when decisions are made by committee rather than working with ordinary homeowners. His patience was appreciated as he attended several meetings and provided the information we needed to write the proposal necessary for getting approval to sell such as price comparisons and appropriate pricing of the property. Additionally, Chris assisted us throughout the whole process maintaining property security, home improvement consultation and subcontractor coordination. His advice at the unique closing circumstances was spot on. Again he made the time to help the committee make the best choice from the multiple offers received.
