Chris helped me find my latest rental, and while I recognize that might not seem as intense as purchasing a home, I truly don't know how I would have done this without Chris' help! My solo attempts were quick fails and Chris came in with the knowledge and insights that helped me find actual housing options. He also came with the energy I lacked; it's hard searching for a place to live and Chris was enthusiastic enough to keep me going. I also appreciated that he came ready to point out great aspects of properties AND the things to be a bit more hesitant about.
