Had an overall fantastic experience working with Chris! Would definitely recommend him! -Knowledgeable (has several years of experience in the industry) -Excellent communication (timely email / text / phone conversations) -Explained the process clearly (He answered all my questions) -Looked out for my best interest (As we were closing on the house, he called the city to make sure all the proper inspections were completed, without me even asking) -Made things simple (through email / e-signatures, the paperwork was a breeze) -Flexible and available (showed several houses, was there for the inspection and closing) -Friendly (even gave a surprise gift card after closing!) - Extremely helpful (He called up a few contractors to get estimates on costs of repair to help in my decision of whether or not to purchase the house) I am very thankful for his service! He really went above and beyond!
