A Realtor by definition is a person who acts as an agent for the sale and purchase of buildings and land. Chris Galvis takes this to a new extreme incorporating something called family. Our family had another realtor and we weren’t even looking for a home. Through the right channels placed by none other than God Himself, Chris entered into our lives! Starting with simple updates of houses within our search that we didn’t even ask for but his searches were better matched than those of our current realtor at the time. When we showed interest in the San Antonio area he entered into the process with us. When the house we wanted, immediately gave us a time crunch he took down every question I had (I had a lot..) and found every answer even with open honesty admitting when he wasn’t sure of something he followed through in finding the answers. He went above and beyond to make sure I was at no point stressed by any means and I have to say this walk was so smooth till the day of signing, even easier than booking the moving truck! We thank him for so much and for everything, truly giving his all, and becoming such an important part of our lives, making us feel like family and welcoming us into our new home. Thank you Chris for everything! There are no words to express how truly grateful we are, but I hope this is a start.

Selling our home was a big decision, and emotionally, it wasn’t easy. There were a lot of moving parts and even more emotions—especially with two very different personalities involved. But working with Chris made all the difference. He wasn’t just professional and knowledgeable (which he absolutely was), but he brought a sense of calm and clarity throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient as he helped us work through disagreements, always made sure we were kept in the loop, and had everything organized in a way that gave us peace of mind. Most of all, he explained things with such clarity and care that we always felt supported and understood. What really stood out was how he never rushed us—he truly walked with us every step of the way. I’m so grateful we had Chris by our side during this chapter. It truly felt like he cared just as much as we did.

Chris was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate during the sale of our childhood home. The home being in a traditionally Hispanic neighborhood, his Spanish language was a real asset too. He made the sale go smoothly and understood all the components of our situation.

Our home purchase experience was made smooth and seamless with the help of Chris Galvis. He guided us through the process and reminded us ahead of each task which needed to be completed. His knowledge of the market and guidance throughout the process was top notch!
