We just happened to meet Chris at an open house he was filling in for another agent. Well we scored meeting him that day! We exchanged info and Chris set us up in the home search database to receive listing that fit our criteria. After a few weeks we contacted Chris to show three listings, on a Sunday. He thoroughly went over the pros and cons of each property as we walked through. The last home was our winner and Chris went to work immediately. He negotiated with the seller's agent to secure under contract status for the price offer we submitted. Overall, Chris is extremely knowledgeable finding little things even our inspector didn't see to be corrected before closing. His consistency and follow through are top notch.
