We exchanged info and Chris set us up in the home search database to receive listing that fit our criteria. After a few weeks we contacted Chris to show three listings, on a Sunday. Chris went above and beyond for my husband and I. As new house hunters, Chris answered all of our questions with confidence and made it to where we could understand. We didn’t go in to the new home owning knowing a lot but Chris never hesitated to answer all the questions we had. Chris had our best interest in mind and made sure we didn’t make a mistake with our choice. He helped us pick out the perfect home. He took us to look around a lot of houses on his off time and with his own gas, just to show us what was out there. He made sure we were confident with our choice, he was always a text or call away for anything we needed in the days leading up to closing. As a first responder and military, besides the VA services available for first time home buyers, Chris was able to submit my husbands name to Homes for Heroes and they donated money to help with our first month of the new mortgage. Without Chris I don’t think we would have been able to find our first home, let alone be confident enough to purchase and begin our new chapter.
