Chris Finley is very knowledgeable and had lots of great tips for me to help make the house more marketable. I was impressed with the fact he hires a professional photographer for the best pictures possible of the property which was important to me. I was impressed with the video of the home too. His suggested priced based on recent sales was spot on! Chris was always kind, patient and handled any problems I had with such professionalism. I highly recommend him to friends and family!

Chris was a complete stranger when we started and ended up a trusted friend. He assisted in all ways to get the property listed and sold. Chris went above and beyond what is probably normal to not only be helpful in fixing and solving problems that came up .... but with his builder's expertise and experience he was able to help solve many of our small problems that needed to be addressed that a decent builder would know how to fix. We could be 100% ourself with Chris and speak up when we didn't like something or ask questions and he was very respectful and we had zero problems. We worked together and got the house listed and sold within a week. Chris was very attentive to all our needs before the sale, during the sale and after the sale. He coached us along as needed and advised us by answering all our questions and letting us know how things worked and what to expect. Chris has a delightful sense of humor and a way of making you feel like you are the most important person in the world when you have his attention and he is talking with you. He is very good at what he does. We would use him again should we ever need another realtor and we highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a realtor who brings his A game every day and is a treasure to be around and have on your team. We consider ourselves very fortunate that Chris was on our porch one day introducing himself to the neighborhood and we are proud to call him our friend.

We recently purchased a home in Hudson, Ohio and used Chris Finley as our real estate agent, he did a wonderful job! He was trustworthy, honest, and patient with us from start to finish. Chris also was very knowledgeable about homes because he has a background in remodeling. This really helped us while we were touring homes because he was able to point out repairs the home might need and issues we might have with the home as well as the home's best features and qualities. I would highly recommend Chris as a real estate agent , especially if you are looking for someone who is genuine, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and friendly.

I contacted chris and explained that my family and I needed to find a rental in cuyahoga falls in a hurry. Chris said that he would do everything he could to find a desirable rental fast. I had a very bad experience with another realtor recently and was skeptical. I couldnt have been more wrong. Chris went out of his way to find a rental for my family that hadnt even been put on the market yet and within one week we were moved in. Chris was not only professional but patient, kind, and made me feel that I was his only client. This is the first review I have ever written but I have to say if you want the best use Chris.
