We used Chris Ermold to sell our home in Denver, Colorado in June and he was outstanding. He spent hours answering our questions, and provided tons of info on comps in the area. Chris made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. Our house went under contract two days after we put it on the market at full price. We accepted and Chris walked us through every step of the closing process. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Most of all communication was stellar and abundant. We greatly appreciated working with Chris and would recommend him to family and friends.
