I'm sorry that I can only give Chris 5 stars for negotiation skills. He literally pulled my sale out of nothing with 45 minutes left on the clock. He just wouldn't give up. And he got exactly what I asked for. And in the middle of a pandemic no less. He listens to you. He always willing to give you his best advice but he listens to what you want and does it. His knowledge of the process of buying and selling houses is impressive. I hope never to have to buy or sell a house again but if I ever do, I will go to Chris while the idea is still a gleam in my eye.
