Chris Damm

Chris is a great guy. I'm a first time home owner. And had no clue what I was walking into. But Chris made this experience very easy on my side. And I'm sure I did not make it to easy on his side.... What I was able to pay for my first home was not that much. Chris walked me patiently through the process and there we went on the house hunt for about 2-3 months. What I liked about my experience with Chris the most. Chris never judged a house before I did. He always waited and let me get my first impression. I think this was very respectful. And never made me feel pushed into a sale or away from a sale. He pointed out things you have to pay attention to. But wouldn't if you don't know. Like cracks in the wall. Or if doors are open easylie. Signs for foundation problems. He showed me the trick with a marble. If its rolling in a direction, your future home might have foundation problems. Chris is not all about getting the sale done. Or money in his pocket. His priority is to make you happy and get your money worth. Also, his service does not end after closing date. For at least 2-3 weeks after closing. He still was my "to go point" if I had any questions. Not once did I have to wait for a response or got turned down. I work in the service industry. I know good service and customer care. Thats why I'm giving Chris Damm 5 star plus. Chris did get recommended to me by a friend who found her home with him.

Chris Damm was referred to us and we couldn't be more grateful to have gotten to known such a great (real estate) guy!! Chris helped my husband find a rental home when my husband first moved to San Antonio and 9 months later helped us find an awesome home to buy! Chris was very patient! and understanding of our needs and wants in what we wanted in our home purchase. Chris was there every step of the way ! Very professional in the way he negotiated with the seller's agent. Just went way above and beyond our expectations! We would most definitely recommend Chris for any and all of your real estate needs!
