Purchasing a home can be a very intimidating process, but not with Chris Dean. He is very Knowledgeable in his field of expertise. First thing to note, I have sold my last four homes as FSBO but Chris and his negotiation skills combined with knowledge of pricing in my area inclined me to give him a shot. I knew he was a responsive and engaged agent when he had a professional photographer at my house within 2 yrs and had the house listed with amazing photos in the morning. It was solely Chris's idea to list our house at the price we did. Not only his knowledge of what the house might comp at but the confidence our turn key house with entertaining back yard would grab TOP dollar, provided us with the confidence to list it at the price we did. Once we had it listed , he had a sign in the yard and open houses scheduled within a day. The colleagues that he had perform the open houses were uber professional and engaging and in the end, we sold the house to someone they engaged during the open house. The house was pending in 6 days at a full price offer. Chris's flexibility and negotiation skills sheltered us from a lot of the back and forth even though he might of lost some in the deal. Chris also was key in referring me to a loan company specializing in VA loans and their rates was virtually unbeatable. Even as we stepped into Title, we were told that they love dealing with Chris's customers because they seem to generally to be happier customers. Chris was willing to do whatever he could do to calm any anxious moments down and was very customer first focused no matter what hour of the day.
