I've worked with several real estate agents and non were as thoughtful or attentive as Chris--my wife and I loved working with him. He listed our condo and helped us sell it at list price at a time when countless condos in our neighborhood were dropping prices nonstop. He really listens to his clients and you can tell he truly wants to help people and has their best interests in mind. Chris always comes prepared, which is so helpful for making the best use of your time when you need to focus on something important. He's forthcoming with his thought process, is willing to collaborate, and is a good negotiator. Whenever we need to buy or sell again in the future, Chris will be our first call. I can honestly say Chris's clients are lucky to work with him.
