Could not have been a better process!

Contacted Chris just to say we are now beginning to look for a new home! Explained what we were looking for and the next day we drove down to Delaware because Chris had 5 homes set up for us to look at! I wanted to drop one from our list because on a site it said high flood risk. Chris said let me look into it before you take it off the list. An hour later he had contacted the development company, looked at fema maps and determined that was not the case! We looked at those 5 and the house I almost dropped from the list was the one we purchased and love! Had trouble with the sale of our house in NJ and Chris was able to get the builder to wait the extra month plus for us to close! Chris negotiated a better price from the original price and on the day of the final walk through Chris noticed and mentioned small issues I didn’t see before signing on the house! Chris’s communication and professionalism was beyond what I expected from a realtor! If I was to ever move again or if anyone ever asks. I would highly recommend Chris!
