I’m Chris Clark, REALTOR®, GRI and broker/owner of Pikes Peak Homes and Land, Ltd. I am headquartered in Woodland Park, CO serving the Front Range from Pueblo to Castle Rock and Colorado Springs to Cripple Creek and Florissant. I have spent my entire career in the Real Estate industry as a contractor, investor, real estate agent and broker. As a REALTOR®, I belong to the National Association of REALTORS® and am held to a higher ethical standard than licensed agents and must adhere to a the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. I am a graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and hold the GRI designation. Nationally only 15% of REALTORS® attained this designation.
