Chris was our mom & dad's real estate agent, so when it came time to sell my dad's unit, we immediately thought of Chris. He was helpful and professional at all times. He helped us set the price according to his market knowledge and we ended up actually selling the unit for higher than we had initially hoped to get. He was also very helpful with some repair issues we had to make for the unit and handled some things for us which we really appreciated. Excellent communication during the entire sales process.
