Chris went above and beyond during our search for our dream home. We were moving from Ohio and were not totally sure what community we wanted to live in. He made sure to show us multiple areas and options to ensure we had the education and knowledge of Orlando to pick the right community for us. We decided on Del Webb, but there were no homes available for sale. He kept searching and one day a house came on the market and he moved heaven and earth to get us in to see it immediately. Chris was spot on from the beginning on the price my house would sell for. Initially I wanted to list it a little higher and he agreed but insisted that after a few weeks we lower it to the price he recommended. After a few weeks we lowered the price and received multiple offers and if sold for exactly what he told me it was worth two months prior. Trust your agent, this is what they do everyday.
