Chris went above and beyond as the selling agent. We had a deal on the house in 4 days. No Joke! She chose a fantastic photographer to take the pics, who also went above and beyond to make sure the house looked gorgeous in the pics. We hit a major snag in the buyer. They asked for some changes after their house inspection. It took a rediculous amount of time to get the fixed done, so they lost their ability to use Conventional. So they went FHA, then later had to do MSHDA. This seriously elongated the process to 4 Months! Chris stayed patient even when I was fed up with the whole process and ready to start over with a new buyer. We eventually sold the house. Chris did a RealComp analysis and we ended up putting the house up for more then we expected to in the beginning and closed at more then expected! It is imperative to use a realtor for their knowledge. I can't recommend Chris enough.. She was referred to me by the agent who helped me buy the house. I told her I would give her first dibs, but she left the realtor game. Chris is always available via text and email. She will take great care of you on the seller or buyer side of any deal!
