Long game pays off

Chris and I started talking about house buying last thanksgiving. What started as casual chats here and there, grew to emailed listings, to quickly planned site visits. Chris was there every step of the way and was ready to pounce when we gave him the go ahead. By thanksgiving the following year we had a closing date on our new home! He was able to talk down the final price and made sure all requested repairs were taken care of. It was an enjoyable experience.
