Chris helped the reviewer buy this property

You can’t get better than Chris!

We moved to the area from a thousand miles away and initially had a rental. Our rental was not what we expected so we reached out to Chris to help us on our home search. Chris met with us within 24 hours, showed us a dozen properties over the weekend, had us under contact in less than a week, and closed 30 days later! Chris was beyond patient with us when we had endless questions or concerns about properties. Chris referred us to a lawyer to help with closing, an inspector to complete the house inspection, and endless other referrals to make not only the house buying process easier, but owning a new home easier! Chris has been there for us through every step. Even when he couldn’t physically be there, he made himself available and accessible if we needed. We truly can’t ever thank Chris enough for helping us get into our first home here in South Carolina!
