He was aggressive in marketing the house by advertising and contacting perspective buyers through their agents. He gave excellent advice on pricing the house and excelled in negotiating the final sales price.He also went the extra mile assisting with any things that needed to be done because the house was vacant (e.g. keeping an eye on the lawn care, checking house regularly). He made excellent recommendations for cleaning service, plumbing, and handyman to help us prepare the house for marketing. Couldn't recommend him more highly!
