Chris Ann Kallgren was an outstanding representative for me throughout the sale of my home. She was recommended to me by a friend after I had discussed the shortcomings of a previous agent, and I am forever grateful that conversation happened. The difference was immediate, Chris Ann is a professional through and through whose consummate knowledge of the area, the market and the people paid dividends starting with day one. She has an eye for detail, ensuring that your needs as a seller are met, oftimes proactive in identifying points and details you should be aware of. To put this all in perspective, I conducted this transaction from overseas - having to put my trust and confidence completely on her, and she outperformed my expectations by far. If you are looking for a truly first class realtor, that is professional, punctual, and client oriented - look no further.
