Writing this review feels so surrel. My husband and I met Chloe at an unplanned open house somewhere in Spring Texas, she was very warm and courteous. She is an awesome human and the best Realtor any home buyer especially a first-time home buyer would ever ask for. I mean Chloe has all the right connections from Loan officer, inspection, contractors ,name it. Until we found our home, Chloe always had a smile on her face, we eventually closed on our dream home with her help and the rest of the team, I dare say we have found a friend in her and the relationship will go a long way. I strongly recommend working with her. Chloe has excellent industry experience, her communication is apt and on time,there are no ambiguities and she takes her term to explain parts of documents when needed. One thing that struck me was her patience throughout the process and always looking out for what was best for us. In her words " I want a home that meets majority of your needs if this doesn't work out we will keep searching" We are truly blessed to have met her . Thank you for everything Chloe. Chloe was so great to work with from start to finish! She is very personable and professional. Her communication was great, always keeping me up to date on the latest happenings with my purchase. I was not able to be on-site for much of the process, she was so willing to help and be there for me throughout. If you need a realtor, don’t hesitate to give her a call. Chloe helped us find a beautiful rental home in a great area, meeting all of our picky requirements. She listened to our opinions and helped us stay within our budget. I don't normally leave reviews for people, but Chloe deserves one. In any and all aspects of the home buying experience, she went above and beyond. With the intimidation of this being our first time buying a home, she made it as seamless as possible. We asked things of her that weren't in the job scope of a realtor and she didn't shy away or tell us it couldn't be done. I'm not exactly sure how to convey how great the process was, but Chloe will be our agent for all future endeavors.
