Chloe is the best in Florida. She sold my house in one day and already has me under contract for a new house in my new city. I couldn’t have done this without Chloe and finding her has been my biggest blessing

Where should I start? From my first call to the final closing date, Chloe has been nothing short of magnificent! Initially, with patience and expertise, Chloe helped us find just the right place that fit our needs. Then, she helped transition us with the right contractors, financing, accounting and handymen so we didn't have to spend hours figuring all that out. We just sold another house through her and are buying yet again! Her communication and knowledge of the market are second to none ad we couldn't be happier with our realty agent. Actually it would be more accurate to say that we couldn't be happier with our new friend!!!

Chloe significantly reduced the stress of quickly selling my mom’s house so we could get her settled into an assisted living facility. I was lucky to have Chloe take the lead of selling the house so I could focus on the endless list of estate planning. I wish every professional was as reliable and dedicated as Chloe.

Where do I even begin? Even before we met in person, Chloe took time on the phone to listen to our story and hear our needs. She listened to “what we told her we wanted” as well as discerned "where she thought we would land”. She knew what we wanted better than we did. How is that even possible? It is amazing that someone so young could have so much wisdom and be able to guide us so well along a process with so many winding roads. As we started seeing properties, we found things we didn’t like and Chloe would introduce us to new places and new areas until we found the perfect solution. During this process, Chloe worked tirelessly and I wondered when she slept. I have a lot of energy and would correspond from 6 am until midnight and yet she always seemed to reply back quickly via email, text or phone with a happy, energetic response. Not only did she do her job amazingly well but she is the sweetest, nicest person who is an absolute joy to be around. Things got spicy during the inspection and we soon learned she was resourceful and well connected with handyman, inspectors, lawyers, insurance agents etc. At this point we were now out of town, and Chloe did a ton of running around for us, dropping checks and paperwork, meeting inspectors and contractors and HOA folks. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and have already recommended her to a friend. There isn’t a high enough recommendation available to give Chloe.

Chloe was excellent!! On the ball with everything. Always responded to texts and emails. Went above and beyond MY expectations. HIGHLY recommend her services. No better agent.

Chloe helped us sell our home at the onset of Covid-19. Her ambition and communication skills were key in getting our home sold quickly and for full asking price!
