About Chloe

Chloe was born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens/Jupiter area. - My inspiration to become a Real Estate Agent is from my parents who have been Realtors for over thirty years. I grew up watching them in the business along with other family members. My grandmother was a broker and grandfather and uncle were builders so it runs in the family. -I decided to join the Zecca Group because I have known Christina my whole life as family. My cousins are her sons Colton and Casey. I know her work ethic and will learn a lot from her. I like the dynamic of being on a team, sharing ideas, and collaborating on deals. - People should hire me because I grew up here and know everything that our area has to offer. I have an attention to detail, work hard, and communicate well. I have a background in healthcare so l have a passion for helping people. As a realtor I will work to find the best home for every client and what will best fit their needs.

Chloe and her team were extremely helpful during a most difficult time. Chloe was available at all hours of day and night. Extremely accommodating. Answering questions promptly and if she didn’t have the answer she would say ‘I don’t know but will find out and call you back” and she did! She was awesome finding the right people to purchase the property. Connecting us with people who will love 💗 and enjoy the property as we did. Thank you 🙏

Unparalleled Commitment to Clear Communication

Chloe was a delight to work with from start to finish. She consistently went out of her way to make us feel comfortable through every step of the process. This was our first time navigating a home purchase and a lot of it was from afar. She made us feel supported even when we weren’t able to be there in person.
