I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of a rather remarkable young woman and realtor, Ms. Chloe Bailey whom we recently engaged to address the sale of our condominium at 610 Clematis Street in West Palm Beach, Florida. We were sufficiently impressed to warrant our meeting Chloe. Quite aside from Chloe being most pleasant and comfortable to confer with, her acumen as related to her work as a realtor was notable if not impressive. Further, in that we were managing the sale of our condo from our home in Toronto, we were all but completely reliant upon Chloe to address the multitude of preparation details including much planning, packing, and preparing for the photos and presentation—and she was most thorough. And—in that we had a significant terrace garden, we were dependent upon Chloe to water and maintain that garden which she addressed with concern and care. Our condo sold for the highest price for any one bedroom ever sold in the building. And further, our condo sold for the highest price per square foot of any condo in the building ever sold!
