Chirley is our go to realtor in Lucas county area. she is extremely responsive, knows the market and get the job done (we purchased a SFH and found a tenant through her).

Selling and or buying a house from start to finish is not only nerve wrecking it’s just beyond stressful, but when you have the right realtor who’s there for you day and night it’s a serious game changer! This will be my second time using Chirley as a realtor. She helped me purchase my first home in 2018. So it was a no brainer with how smooth she made it go that I wouldn’t work with her again when it was time for my boyfriend and I to put it up for sale. When I reached out to her to put my previous house on the market I had no clue on pricing and or the current market. Thankfully Chirley pointed me in the right direction and took care of literally EVERYTHING. I’m an extremely busy mother of 5 and work crazy hours and she took all of the work load off my shoulders. I couldn’t be more grateful for her. Working with Chirley has been nothing but a breathe of fresh air. When selling and or buying I couldn’t imagine anyone else to have in my corner than Chirley. She’s always made sure to be available day or night to help answer any and all of my questions. Even months after purchasing my current home she’s still here for me. Picking Chirley was more so because of her overall demeanor and her work ethic. She isn’t just selling or buying you a home she’s looking out for your best interest.
