I highly recommend using Chirag Daswani as your real estate agent. When I first contacted Chirag and asked him about a lot being advertized for sale, he agreed without hesitation to meet with me on a Sunday (since that was the only day during the week I was free) at the lot being sold. When we met at the lot, Chirag displayed a genuine interest in why I wanted to buy a lot and spent an hour with me answering my questions and showing me the lot and surrounding area. He wanted to make sure that if I bought the property I would be happy with it. Chirag also took the time to show me other lots up for sale the first time we met. When I wanted to look a second time at the lot I was interested in, Chirag again met with me on a Sunday at the lot and took as much time as needed to answer all my questions. If there was a question which Chirag couldn’t immediately answer (such as whether there were any subdivision restrictions applicable to the lot I was looking at), he thoroughly researched the issue and got back to me with an answer. Per my request, Chirag then had a land inspector meet with Chirag and me at the property on a third Sunday to look at the condition of the land and make sure there would not be any issues constructing a home on it. When it was determined that there shouldn’t be any such issues, Chirag met with me at my office at a time that best fit my schedule and helped me make an offer. Thanks to Chirag’s expertise, we presented an offer which was accepted. Chirag is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent realtor.
