It was an absolute pleasure to work with China. As a first time homebuyer, I had no clue what to expect. She helped me narrow down my search, and eventually helped me with two offers, one of which was accepted. After the offer was accepted, China shepherded me through the process, offered great advice, explained everything to me at every step, and was a rock. It is apparent that she truly cares about her clients. She negotiated credits, sorted out a plumbing mystery, and so much more. Recently we were faced with selling two properties and buying another in a 1031 exchange which was a very challenging situation that we couldn’t have gotten through without China. China was truly incredible. I submitted a request for information on a listing expecting to hear back within a couple days and was contacted within the hour. From then on she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She had really strong knowledge of every neighborhood we looked at and has great connections with financial professionals, inspectors, and even people needed for repairs / remodels if needed. I was moving from out of state and she really helped me locate properties that fit my needs for a home as well as a commute. It has been almost a year since I have moved in and I cannot be more pleased with where I landed. I often think of how critical China was in securing the perfect place for me to live, I will always be grateful for that! Could not recommend highly enough!
China was great to work with for purchasing my first place! Since it was my first time buying, I had a lot of questions, and China was always there to answer them for me in a kind and patient manner. China had a good understanding of the local landscape, and what I would like vs. not like and was able to fine tune suggestions for me. She went with me to every open house/tour (which there were a lot!), helped guide me through the offer process, and even after the sale closed has maintained a close relationship with me to ensure the necessary remediation and repairs are being done properly and that I was satisfied. China went above and beyond to help out and it was much appreciated. I would absolutely recommend her to a friend, and if/when it's time for me to sell and buy again I would want China to be by my side.
China was an excellent agent. I wouldn't have gotten the home I wanted if it was not for China. I really mean that because the seller's agent was moronic and I would never have bothered to deal with him if China was not the capable and hard-working agent she is. I'm the type of person that would go with a second choice home if it meant not having to deal with unpleasant or idiotic people. But China talked me into the not settling and we did get the home - which we are very happy with. Took us one week to find the place and about a month to close, so about 5 weeks total. It would have closed sooner but the seller's agent made a ton of mistakes China had to fix. It was a lot of hard work on China's part. I think we saw about 15 homes on our first day over 6 different LA neighborhoods. It was our request and it really helped us eliminate things. China was very organize throughout the process. When it came to closing the deal, she did the job of 2.5 agents because she did her part, the seller's agent part, and then some to fix their mistakes.
China Fox went above and beyond the call of duty!! She sold a house that had years of deferred maintenance, but had great potential with a million dollar view. It was her experience in marketing and art directing that sold our house "as a diamond in the rough". With 11 offers over asking, we found the perfect family for our life long, unique, family home. China was all hands on deck, getting her hands dirty, and marketing a very difficult and unusual house. We couldn't be happier with her hard work, night and day, to get us the best offer out there.
