Chicky was the most helpful, interested agent that I spoke with. She was the ONLY agent that would schedule an appointment without needing additional time to do research. I called her on a Friday and she scheduled a meeting the next morning. After speaking with Chicky and realizing how helpful and informative she was, I signed a contract with Suburban Re/Max and did not contact the other agents again. Chicky has a lot of knowledge of what finance companies, appraisers and inspectors look for when selling a house. She told me exactly what to expect (something no other agent was willing to disclose). She is very personable and likeable. I will be recommending Chicky to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
