It has been a pleasure working with Chicky over the last 9 years. She rented our house effortlessly while we were living aboard and has always been helpful in keeping an eye on things. We recently sold the property and she was able to close on the house in less than 2 months. We are currently living on the East Coast and did not even have to attend the closing. She is amazing at her job and I would recommend her to anyone who is buying, selling or thinking of renting their home.
