Cheyenne responds ASAP regarding aspects of properties & gives her honest opinion. She does not try to talk you into something that you do not like. She negotiaties well with the buyer with the knowledge of what I wanted. She uses her own expertise as to if she feels it is a good investment but if you don't want it she does not push. Working in real estate is an aggressive 24 hour job...14 years in the field...Cheyenne's work ethic shows how she has remained and enjoys her the profession. She is top in the business. Cheyenne is great. Available through the processes and knows her stuff. House took longer to sell than I would have liked, but market has slowed a bit and we started a bit high, but hey can't get more if you don't try. In the end everything worked out and we still got our best case scenario for the home. Highly recommend using.
