I hired Cheyenne to sell my cabin in Council Idaho. I am an realtor in the Treasure Valley but believe that you hire an agent with local experience when working outside of your market. Cheyenne went above and beyond to help my older home sell FHA. We had to hire contractors to bring up the home to FHA standard, but Cheyenne helped us with recommendations, coordination of schedules, appraisers, etc to get this fabulous home sold. The kitchen had black and white vinyl floors that showed dirty footprints after showings. Cheyenne would clean the home before and after every showing to clean cobwebs and footprints to make the home show worthy. The home was vacant during this time period so it needed it. Cheyenne even shoveled our walk ways in the winter snow months. I have never worked with such a dedicated helpful agent before in my 20 plus year career. I can say without a doubt that this home would not have sold for as much or as quickly as it did without the help of Cheyenne a local girl who can get it done! Thank you so much.
