This was my first time looking for a home and my budget was tight. I also needed a loan with down payment assistance. Chetaun and I would go looking for homes and she knew that they were not the homes for me but I was becoming frustrated with the whole process. Then Chetaun found my home. She spoke with the selling agent and even got me a new loan to make sure I got the exact home I was looking for in my price range. I would absolutely work with Chetaun again and would recommend her to anyone. I honestly felt, before I got Chetaun, that a real estate agent would laugh at me with my price range and expectations. But Chetaun knew enough that she was confident we would find a home and we did.
