Beach House Bonanza

We decided to list our Anna Maria beach house for sale with the idea of replacing it with a quiet mainland home where we could spend the winters and also be large enough to spend the holidays with our family. Chet helped us to set the sale price for our beach house and get the property information out to area realtors on what a sweet and unique property we had for sale. Even during midst of the pandemic we had a great outcome. We actually ended up with a bidding war between three buyers vying for this same property. The final result was we accepted a sale price that was higher than our asking price.
