Cheryle Young was a pleasure to work with in buying our Chatham home! She was an excellent listener and very detailed when it came to providing us with a punch list of all we needed to do before, during and after our purchase. After the closing she gave us a comprehensive binder of all the important documents and provided a list of contacts in the area for all service providers who could work with us in the future on repairs or maintenance.

No one knows the Cape market like Cheryle. She not only moved quickly to get us the house we wanted, she also prevented us from over-biding and saved us a lot of money. Cheryle looks out for her clients’ best interests, even before her own. She is soft spoken, kind and has integrity. She is also so very honest. She would rather not sell us a home at all, than to sell us a home not right for us. We are so glad she represents us and I would not hesitate to refer her to anyone. As a matter of fact, I feel badly for those not being represented by Cheryle.
We started working with Cheryle during one of the craziest real estate markets. Houses were crazy over-priced and selling well over asking. That didn't scare Cheryle off from helping us find our perfect home. We were looking for a second home on Cape Cod and told Cheryle what we were looking for. We weren't set on the location, but knew we wanted to be mid-Cape. After looking over a few different towns, we settled in on one area that seemed to have so much of what we were looking for in our price range.. but inventory was scarce and when we found something we liked, it was a "Hot Home" for so many other buyers as well. We put in two offers and were devastated each time we were outbid. But the third house we found was a bit of a surprise (because it had things we weren't necessarily looking for, but were a nice addition). We strategized with Cherlye on how to put in our best offer as we expected it would be another battle. Turns out, we had the best of 8 offers! Amazing! But Cheryle didn't quit there.. in fact, she even stepped it up a notch because she was on top of everything once our offer was accepted, making sure nothing fell through the cracks. She was so incredible throughout the whole process. We were so grateful to have her through this journey and we are absolutely loving our new home. Hands down - go with Cheryle!
