Cherylann helped me buy my first house and I am so grateful for her diligence, patience, professionalism, and help. She pointed us to a variety of information and resources when we were in need, thoroughly explained things that were unfamiliar to us, and kept a great attitude when we flip flopped on locations. Additionally, she had our back when the seller's agent became a nightmare. She fought for us, held the seller's agent accountable, and remained calm throughout. She was really a light during my first home-buying experience, which became sour due to that other agent. I am so glad we used her for this momentous occasion in our lives. And not only would I wholeheartedly recommend her to others, I WILL be using her again for our next purchase/sale.
