Very empathetic

Cheryl was very empathetic and helpful during our whole process. Our mother passed unexpectedly and we had to sell her home. Cheryl was very considerate of our feelings and emotions since this was a difficult situation. She answered all of our questions we had during our process. We are grateful that this process when so smoothly.
