CHERYL TURKNETT

We are very satisfied with Cheryl as she went above and beyond to help make us feel welcome,

She did her best at accommodating us!

Cheryl Turknett was incredible to work with as an out-of-state homebuyer. She made the entire process seamless, even from a distance. Cheryl was proactive, communicative, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her local knowledge and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind. I couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent and would highly recommend her to anyone—especially those buying from out of state.

Cherly's cheerful personality shines through every step of the purchasing Cheryl's cheerful personality shines through the entire path to home ownership. It started with our first step into the model home. She took the time to clearly show/demonstrate/explain how we can move in to our new home. She showed each available home model completely. The use of hi-tech procedures is quick and probably most efficient but I appreciate how she showed respect and professionalism on a human level. Machines are just tools. Cheryl realizes people turn a house into a home.

Cheryl was very helpful and in tune with our needs timeline and our budget. She took care of finding finance and expert advice so that our closing went smooth. Overall a great home buying experience.

Cheryl is a true professional and great at her craft. We were out of state buyers and she helped us through the buying process and welcomed us to the neighborhood. A+
