Very helpful to us navigating through the listing of the property. Guided us through the inspections and issues with the sale of the property. Cheryl was very diligent in keeping up with the entire negotiation process. Cheryl explained the processes and offered assistance in any way she could.

We had been looking for over 2 years when we were matched with Cheryl. What followed was a flurry of houses to look at, some that matched our wishlist and others we wouldn't have thought of. Three months later we are unpacking boxes in our new home. We still get emails from Cheryl but these are all about the history and happenings of Falmouth.

We found the house if our dreams thanks to Cheryl. She was extremely accommodating with meeting us and our time lines. I would absolutely recommend Cheryl.

I worked with Cheryl to buy my home in Sandwich. She was a big aid in helping me navigate the first time home buying process. You want Cheryl in your corner

Cheryl was terrific in helping us buy our first home in Falmouth! She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive. She was very helpful in providing us information and understanding as we worked to figure out what we wanted on our timeline, provided strong recommendations and intel as we began to pursue homes, and ultimately did an excellent job in structuring our offer and working with the seller to get us the home we wanted.

Cheryl was knowledgeable and patient. She did an excellent job and she comes highly recommended! She hung in with me for 4 years that speaks volumes! Thanks Cheryl!

Cheryl is the kind of realtor who will not give up until she finds you the perfect house. She understands exactly what you are looking for as far as price and home features. She is not pushy at all. She is really patient and was really proactive in sending us listings. Other realtors we have used never followed through and did not want to waste their time helping us. Often we would not hear back from then. Cheryl is quite the opposite and is outstanding in her field. She found us the perfect home.

Cheryl found us our dream home. She always kept us very informed and no questions were left unanswered. Cheryl knew so much about Falmouth and her knowledge of the area was so helpful. I would highly recommend Cheryl to any of our family or friends looking for property on the cape.

Cheryl was awesome. She has lots of experience, connections and knowledge to get your house sold with no hiccups along the way. And she's a very lovely person. I highly recommend Cheryl.

"Cheryl is A+++. Follow her lead Clone Cheryl! Have her teach others. I felt her share of commission was not reflective of all her above and beyond efforts! With all the positive qualities Cheryl reflect, I can’t think of anything finer! “Non pushy” is important! It translates to prospective buyers... Cheryl reflects a certain professionalism that translates to confidence. Also, there is a patience and balancing effect that she seems to eliminate any stress in the selling process... I never doubted Cheryl’s confidence of selling with mutual satisfaction. What a wonder individual your company has particularly with her consistent pleasant nature... She would be great to manage/ train others in the qualities she reflects.... Please acknowledge her mightily.... I did not get the price I wanted initially, but am well satisfied with the outcome and the process and interaction along the way!"
