I first met Cheryl about 12 years ago when she was a sales agent for Khovnanian homes about 12 years ago. I was looking to buy a home but I was uncertain and nervous about the process of purchasing a home. My property went under contract 7 days after I put it on the market at asking price. I accepted and Cheryl walked me through every step of the closing process.
